I know all the jokes about Washingtonians rusting and not tanning etc...but come on- it is almost MAY!!!...where is the sun??..I know I am whining, but I can get so much more done on a nice sunny day...this comic says it all!!

Ain't that the truth?!? I was e-mailed this cartoon this week. Anastasia was complaining aobut being too warm tongiht and I gave her the lecture about soaking up the sun when we can.
That is too true!! This area is the ultimate SPF.
